Kamome Maternity Clinic is ran by professional midwives with more than 30 years of experience.
The Clinic is fully supported by the Uwamachi Hospital which is located within 5km from the clinic.
We can only speak a little English but we can listen and understand.

Medical Checkup
Medical Checkups are significantly important and necessary for both you and the baby.
You must have a Medical Checkup regularly with us and Uwamachi Hospital.
We will not allow you without regular Medical Checkup.
4D Ultra-Sonic Test
Our facility is equipped with a 4D ultra-sonic machine, which allows a more detailed scan of the baby to be seen.
This test is recommended for mothers who are 26-36 weeks pregnant.
Note that the test is only available for appointments on Saturdays 9:30am.

People we allow to deliver
- Person who had medical examination within the last 12 weeks from the last menstrual cycle.
- Person who is not delivering the baby with Caesar operation.
- For the first delivery, you will need the height of over 145cm and the age of under 37.
- Person who can attend to a medical maternity examination within the Japanese law.
- Person who has Japanese insurance card and can bring it every examination and visits
- Person who does not have high blood pressure, any heart disease, is diabetic or has serious injury or disease.
